Founded in 1997 in Cagayan de Oro City, it is part of the VIC Group of Companies which is involved in agriculture, advertising, education, real estate, security, manpower, and defense. Southern Arms is a firearms and ammunition importer-wholesaler-retailer based in Cagayan de Oro City that caters to commercial, government and civilian clients. It provides firearms, ammunition, document processing services, bulletproof products, firearm training, gun rentals, gun safety seminars and other related products. It currently operates ten gun stores and two shooting ranges in Mindanao. It also has its own firearms vault inside Camp Crame, Manila for its imported firearms.  It is always looking for energetic and talented individuals that can join the team to help sustain the growth and become its future leaders.
