JFRL Group of Companies, an established shoe company which started its retail business in 1982, carrying the brands, CHELSEA, FINICKEE and CHESCA. We have grown steadily with our concessions and boutiques in leading shopping malls and department stores nationwide Philippines. At present, we have 94 store outlets (4 boutiques and 90 store concession) all over the country spreading across Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
