职位描述
· Graduate of Mechanical Engineering· Must be Licensed/Registered Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer· At least 5 years up related experience· Oversee building operations and maintenance activities involving electrical, mechanical & civil works· Oversee installation/alteration works required by the client· Recommend building improvements· Supervise all operations and maintenance personnel· Implement company code of conduct and client policies, rules and regulations and recommend disciplinary actions as necessary.· evaluate performance of subordinates.· Ensure compliance with all the standards on quality, specifications and sound engineering practice.· Maintain good customer relationship with customers/clients· Coordinate for needed requirements of client· Assist building contractors hired by the client
