Management Control System Specialist - Calamba, Laguna

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or any related function/fieldAccepting fresh graduate but with experience and skills needed for designing, installing and managing systemsStrong communication skills – both written and oral, and organizational skills requiredStrong documentation skillsTechnical software skills required (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Well organized and multi-task orientedAbility to work independently on multiple projectsCapable of working in an environment where strict timelines and process must be adhered toCan work under pressure and still possess a positive attitudeCan work with limited supervisionFoster teamwork to get the best resultsWilling to travel frequently and must know how to drive (manual)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop tools and control measures to address critical concernsReview and analyze existing processes and procedures to identify areas of opportunity for improvementInstallation and roll-out the developed systemWork with key operations personnel to integrate the new SystemConduct Store Visits and regular assessments to check the sustainability of the developed systemDraw firm commitments from personnel to adapt to systemConduct follow-up on commitments made and monitor results to be able to integrate into the systemImplement changes in roles, responsibilities, competency requirements, behaviour and culture towards achieving over all progress of the systemPerform other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time
