Qualifications: 

Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in/Doctor of Veterinary MedicineMust have significant experience in the field of Broiler ProductionWith high level of interpersonal skillsEffective in communication skills with the ability to teach and train peopleMust be performance oriented and self-motivatedCan work with minimum supervisionWilling to do field workMust have a valid driver's license

 Responsibilities: 

Prepare monthly DOC’s placement schedule and conduct pre-placement visit to ensure that the farm is ready to accept chick placement.Attest DOC’s placement and ensure compliance of growers to standard brooding management practices.Make four (4) week rolling harvest forecast, verify weights at the farm before harvest and coordinate harvest schedule with the growers, DP and Sales.Ensure compliance of Contract Growers to the prescribe Animal Health Group programs.Monitor and ensure compliance of Contract Grower to management standards in growing chickens.Conduct in-farm seminar regarding management standards.Do regular farm visits to check farm depletion, feed consumption, Feed Conversion Ratio & ALW and to submit WPR every Monday.Forecast feed requirement of farms & coordinate with feed mill regarding feed delivery schedule.Do routine necropsy and clinical evaluation to check birds health status and coordinate with AHG.
