Systems Application Specialist - Ortigas

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.Possess good customer/client orientation skills.Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and maintenance of POS Machine. Able to provide support and training to users.Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in configuration, installation of POS hardware and software.Expertise in PHP and MySQL is a plus.Experience as a Linux Administrator is a plus.Able to manage multiple tasks in the office or at off-site location. Willing to work on weekends and holidays.Willing to report daily at Taipan Office. Amenable to doing remote/work-from-home only on weekends and holidays.Fast learner. Proactive. Keen on details

POS and ERP Systems Supportmonitoring of Transactional and End-of-Day server reports, POS dashboardPOS Hardware SupportPOS and ERP User SupportPOS and ERP data MonitoringPOS DeploymentSet-up and configure devices (POS machine, printer, internet router)Performs functional testing (QA) of hardware & software componentsEnrollment and COR checkingPOS Hardware Repair and MaintenanceHardware repairs and troubleshootingSoftware and hardware remote assistance nationwideSoftware updates and upgrades, new module installationPOS BIR InstallationPOS documentationERP Server Monitoring (CTG Asia Server)Device Configuration and deployment for existing and upcoming delivery channels (Grab, Foodpanda,, etc)
