Finance Planning Team Head - Asst. Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Analyzes, controls and monitors cost data and company budget to support decisions of each department and the company as a whole. Initiates and facilitates strategic and corporate planning to align the Company’s short and long term plans and goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates and updates each department the development and implementation of budget for the CompanyReviews each department’s operations to ensure efficient use of allocated resources on a regular basis and recommends cost control schemes as deemed necessary.Conducts post-evaluation of departmental projects to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and compliance within the organization.Initiates and facilitates strategic planning for short term plan and corporate planning for long term plan.Aligns and updates approval authority table with the latest organizational chart.Assists in creation and implementation of departmental manuals, policies, procedures and internal memorandums.Supervises, manages and leads department staff on the day to day activities.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Graduate of a 4-year finance, accounting or its equivalentAt least 4-5 years of related experience in finance, accounting, auditing, project management or its equivalentAbility to comprehend oral and written correspondence in English and Tagalog language. Ability to analyze and visualize cost data.
