Housekeeping Supervisor- Paranaque

Performs cleaning activities on specified areas according to cleaning standard.Oversees staff performance on a daily basisTrains housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks.Schedules shifts and arrange for replacement in cases of absences.Maintains orderliness, sanitation and upkeep of the respective facilities.Utilizes only the approved chemicals, cleaning tools and materials for the conduct of activitiesMaintains an updated and approved housekeeping operations manual.Maintains records of cleaning calendar and schedule, grid of checked rooms, carpets for shampooing, washing of curtains and grid and list of all cleaning activities under housekeepingConducts and monitors inventory of supplies, tools and equipmentResponds to customers’ complaints on housekeeping.Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
