Position Responsibilities :

WorkBook ERP is a total agency management system that provides best practice solutions to our clients. We have success in this market and plan to expand the WorkBook Engineering team by creating a new Engineering Improvement team. This team will primarily focus on fixing client raised defects in the system as well as proactively looking to improve the performance of the software based on feedback from our systems analysis tools.

We're looking for a proactive and logical QC Engineer to join our team based out of Makati. As a QC Engineer for the Engineering Improvement team, you will use your experience & skills to ensure the highest level of quality of our Workbook system. You will work in close cooperation with the other Quality Engineering teams to help ensure that the product we delivery is of the highest quality and the standard of testing we employ remains high and that we have consistent standards throughout the teams. As part of the role, you will also be working closely with the Product Managers and Help Desk teams to ensure that work being done aligns with the goals of both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to perform the following functions:

Analyze requirements across products and applications to identify acceptance criteria, test cases and test scenarios.Test software to ensure that developed products meet requirement specifications and are within quality criteria and standards.Produce, maintain, monitor and feedback on API tests.Provide feedback to manager regarding development and process optimizations.Work closely with multiple development teams to ensure quality testing practices are incorporated across the development cycle.Write test documentation such as test plans, test cases and scenarios, create test data and identify and raise defects within the software products.Execute test cases and provide pass or fail documentation using the standard tools utilized by the team.Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.A 'can-do' attitude and strong work ethic are key in this role. Qualifications :

We are looking for people who have the following experience:

3 to 4 years working as a professional a professional Quality EngineerExperience in using the full spectrum of software testing types on desktop or web-based applicationsYou will have relevant experience with API testingExperience in testing ERP or other financial solutionsStrong in observing/analyzing issues and communicating issues with clear and precise descriptionsGood in working independently and test planningGood communication skillsOpen for UK/mid shift
