Email Marketing Specialist

Position Responsibilities :

We are looking for an innovative and passionate Marketing Specialist who will join the Marketing Operations team. You will work closely with the stakeholders in planning and executing Deltek’s email marketing campaigns. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns, managing the database and creating the target audience that will be used for marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders in managing and creating emails that promote our products and servicesEnsure accurate, timely execution of email campaigns with a high level of responsiveness to stakeholdersCreate/modify HTML templates for email campaignsBuild effective target audiences and segments for different marketing campaignsSet up multi-step campaigns in Eloqua and perform A/B tests on emailsStay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and processesPlan and create activity-based nurture campaigns to move leads through the buyer’s cycleCreate forms and landing pages for lead generationGenerate campaign reports, analyze results and recommend optimization strategiesPresent data and analysis to different marketing teams

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience At least 2 years of experience in email marketing Experience in working with Eloqua or similar marketing automation toolProficient in HTML, CSS (Javascript is a plus but not required)Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver Good knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulationsStrong proofreading and editing skills with the ability to think critically about the contentFamiliarity with SalesforceAdvanced knowledge in MS Excel Great presentation skillsGood project management and communication skillsStrong attention to detailWilling to work night shift or mid shift
