职位描述
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or any business related course or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Inbound fulfillment, scheduling, prioritizing & Warehouse Management or equivalent.Willing to be assigned in Binan Laguna
Our Inbound Supervisor for DC is primarily responsible in assisting the Inbound Officer in the supervision of inbound associate. Executing all aspect of Inbound fulfillment, scheduling, prioritizing and interaction with Demand team.
On a daily basis, works with the officer in the development and implementation of functional area, work schedules to assure effective and efficient operations.
This role focuses on
Driving performance of Inbound associates and drawing root cause analysis and recommends improvement in inbound processes.Responsible in on- time coordination with Demand Team in any delivery issues/ causes of errors encountered during operationTracking KPIs regularly and review if existing controls are in place and implemented.Initiating resolution and process improvement and implementing actions to deploy.公司介绍
