Shredder Operator

Responsibilities:

Sets up the pre-processing equipment (e.g. calibration, cleaning) to start equipment operationControls and adjusts equipment settings based on equipment operation manual or as advised/required by Platform TechnicianCoordinates and collaborates with Heavy Equipment Operators for the smooth operation at the pre-processing area and to ensure optimum output is regularly achievedInspects the equipment regularly, tests the operation of equipment periodically, and reports problems encountered to the Platform Technician or Platform OfficerReports and fixes problems/issues encountered in the equipment operations immediately (for those authorized repair and maintenance only)Conducts thorough and regular checking of equipment to spot any related issuesOrganizes the tools and equipment and tracks the inventory regularly

Requirements:

Preferably a graduate of a vocational technology course with a electrical, electronic, or mechanical background with certification from an accredited institution or undergraduate of Engineering course (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering course)Minimum of 2-years work experience in manufacturing environment and with actual experiences in the operation and maintenance of machines/equipmentCost efficiency-oriented, result-driven, and with continuous improvement, work organization problem solving and  know-how on equipment operation and maintenanceWilling to work in Bulacan
