Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Assistant

Responsibilities:

Provides technical and administrative support to the Head of HSSE in the implementation of security and resilience management system, direction, and performance evaluationPrepares all security and resilience performance reports and updates on BRT meetings, regional dialogues, and network callsConducts travel security induction to HPI employees. Assigned as Security Incident Notification Tool (SINT) and Site Mapping Applications super userSchedules meetings and planning session, prepares documents for action and decision logs and monitors status of implementationCoordinates with HSSE cost center owners on the annual cost budget assumptions, consolidates all MTP assumptions, and collaborates with finance on the completion of MTPActs as the document Controller for HSSE and workforce coordinator for activating and implementing HSSE programs & initiatives in collaboration with the different functions of the business

Requirements:

Graduate of Engineering. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Preferably with at least 2 years of administrative experience and at least 1 year of safety management experience
