We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to execute scripts based on business specifications and standards. They will contribute to portions of value-stream codebase while working with our network of experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute scripts based on specifications and standardsdocuments and executes simple software components of larger architecturesContributes to portions of value stream codebaseBuilds, codes, tests, maintain high quality softwareParticipate in Agile sprints and ceremonies; supports rapid iteration and developmentTranslates user requirements into software requirementsDevelop test plans, scripts, and reportsTranslate user expectations to testable requirementsPerforms required tests in continuous integration and/or continuous delivery environmentIdentify opportunities for automation wherever possible

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Programming or similar educational attainmentMinimum of 5 years testing experience - proven work experience in software quality assurance testingStrong knowledge on back-end data testing from databases and with familiarity on reports like PowerBI, Tableau or QlikviewStrong knowledge of data warehousing , ETL concepts and and SQL scripting (joining tables, aggregation)Experience in Data validation in the Data warehouse or Data Lake is highly preferableStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
