Broker Network Manager

Job Description

The Broker Network Manager will spearhead, create and execute all programs and; Selling initiatives to grow the broker channel business.

He/She will identify opportunity areas in expanding reach of the channel and tap new markets for local and international sales as well as create synergies and Selling platforms to develop this channel.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Masteral’s Degree in Business or Allied CoursesLicensed Real Estate Broker.At least eight (8) years relevant experience with two (5) years in a managerial capacityIn-depth knowledge of the real estate landscape as it relates to brokerages, real estate agencies, and other real estate practitioners both locally and internationally.

Shang Properties, Inc. SPI also currently holds a 60% stake in Shangri-La at the Fort, one of the newest 5-star international hotels to open in the Philippines.
