Candidate must be a Professional Licensed Electrical (REE) or Mechanical Engineer (RME)Knowledgeable in building facilities management and applicable laws;Must have skills in building equipment operations/maintenance, project management, crisis management, budget management, problem-solving, administrative and familiar with engineering codes;Must be decisive and has keen attention to details, high sense of urgency, team player, efficient and trustworthy;With at least 5 years relevant work experience and 3 years in building/facilities managementApplicants must be willing to work in Makati CitySupervisor level1 Full-Time position available
