To support the Company’s expanding global market reach it opened a Regional Headquarters in the Philippines, at the heart of the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.
Associate Analyst, Global Debt Services Team
The Associate Analyst will help to support the Global Debt Services team (with colleagues located in different continents) and is responsible for the end-to-end preparation of client reports to enable Morrow Sodali to provide services relating to bond holder identification, liability management and debt restructuring transactions, and capital markets intelligence.
Day to day activity of the Associate Analyst is in the data collection and research, analysis and processing of data needed in relevant clients handled, reports generation, query handling and resolution from market participants (investors or intermediaries) or internal colleagues and maintaining and administering to an investor database; participate in daily team calls, contribute to improving processes by identifying areas for improvement or automation.
Competencies:
We are seeking candidates with a good understanding of financial markets. Possess a patient and conscientious attitude working with multiple data sources; demonstrate a proven attention to detail. Effectively and efficiently converse with external and internal counterparts in different locations and time zones, proficiency in Microsoft 365 and is a team player.
Must be willing to work on shifts that overlap with counterparts in EMEA (and possibly, in time, the US).

Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree holder of Finance/Business related 4-year course
