Senior Renderer

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in ArchitectureAt least eight (8) years working experience as renderer or CGI specialist, preferably with international luxury residential, and high-density projects, in the related field is required for this positionPast experience with an international design firm or outsourcing company is a plusPreferably 3-4 Years Experienced Supervisor specialized in managing Architecture rendering projects.Required Skills: 3d model by Sketchup, Render through Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, and Post-edit in Photoshop. Skills in Studio Max, Rhino and Revit is an advantage but not requiredAbility to multi-task and to meet deadlines with efficiency and with minimum supervisionAble to work independently, solve problems, collaborate with colleagues and other staff at all levelsExcellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsApplicants must be willing to work at Pasong Tamo, Makati City or OrtigasApplicants must present extensive samples of work. PORTFOLIO must be provided in PDF format.Applicants must take home an examination to verify modelling and rendering competency

SCOPE OF WORK

Responsible to the HK-based counterpart for issued 3D Modelling and rendering jobs, either for solo or team work.Supervise Team Members in the performance of their duties.Ensure that pre-set procedures and standards for modelling or rendering are followed.Train and supervise junior team members users in core application skills and standards.Recommend best practices for solutions to meet customer business needs.evaluate team members for technical skills, performance and productivity.Maintain documentation records.Any other tasks pertinent to the administration of issued workload or the team being led.
