Junior Revit Modeler

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent (Passed Board/ Professional License Exam is an advantage)

·       At least one (1) year working experience model and drawing production using Revit

·       Required Skill(s): Autocad, Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro

·       Must be keen on details and results- driven.

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines

·       Able to work independently, multi-task, solve problems, collaborate with colleagues and other staff at all levels

·       Required knowledge of the process of design, development, and design documentation

·       Quality-driven, accurate and efficient, and works well with minimum supervision

·       Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

·       Applicants must be willing to work at Pasong Tamo, Makati City

SCOPE OF WORK

·       Responsible to develop 2D & 3D models and produce necessary drawings using Revit & AutoCAD

·       Under supervision and support from experienced BIM modeller, the role utilises and applies BIM techniques throughout all stages of the project.

This predominantly includes production of CAD drawing

·       Revise and update drawings as required

·       Collect information on the design requirements for a project

·       Responsible for controlling quality of their drawings and other key deliverables.

·       Co-ordination with senior BIM modeller to ensure consistent standards are provided.

·       Read and understand 2D and 3D drawings

·       Adhere to company policies, regulations and standards when working with clients and colleagues
