Archicad Designer

Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Architecture; with a Professional License (Passed Board/ Professional License Exam)At least two (4) years working experience preferably with international luxury residential, and high-density projects using Archicad and Archicad Teamwork, SketchUp, Autocad & photoshopRequired skill(s): Excellent in Archicad BIM Software both in rendering and documentation.Able to edit Archicad construction drawings such as key notes, sheet files, model, etc.Must be keen on details and results driven.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlineAble to work independently, multi-task, solve problems, collaborate with colleagues and other staff at all levels.Thorough knowledge of Photoshop, and post-rendering techniquesRequired knowledge of the process of design, development, and design documentation via Archicad platformDeadline-driven, accurate and efficient, and works well with minimum supervisionPast experience with an international design firmExcellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational skills

Key Tasks/ Responsibilities

Prepare and develop architectural design in collaboration with our Hong Kong/ PRC offices through schematic design, and detailed designMark-up and coordinate with other team members and consultants where requiredEnsures the drawings and designs are completed on time and adhere to the established specifications and standardsCollaboration with Architectural Designers and Engineers to review drawing packages and ensure scope adherence, code compliance, and client targets
