Property Services Supervisor

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 2 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Willing to be assigned in Pasay City

Our Property Services Supervisor responsible for to provide support in planning and monitoring of Capex, managed budgets in coordination with NTP on fix assets and materials for new and refit stores. He/She is also tasked to check completeness of documents for submission to Finance for payments.

Job Summary

Checking and monitoring of purchase requests for new refit storesEnsuring all requests for New and Refit stores are properly monitored thru encoding all purchase requests in the monitoring form and receiving invoices for timely processing of paymentsProviding support to Project Management on documents for approval and processing.Improving existing procedures adherence to policies and regulationsAdministering SD FA-warehouse operation
