职位描述

SUMMARY: Creates designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments. Use specialized construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

1.     Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture,

2.     Licensed Architect

Experience & Competencies:

1.     Works well with minimum of supervision;

2.     Proficiency in MS Office;

3.     With excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills;

4.     With experience on making designs and plans;

5.     Two or more years of on job relevant experience;

6. Experience in project management, definitely a plus.
