Provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: A) Education:1.     Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/ Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.2.     Required language (s): English, Filipino B)  Experience & Competencies:1.     Two or more years of on job relevant experience;2.  Expert in cost estimating for various trades (Civil, Structual, Architecture)3.     Knowledgeable in estimating and cost engineering with job site experience4.     Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and AutoCAD.5.     Should be active English Communicator both verbal and written.6. With excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills.
