VACANCY IS FOR SYNTEK AGRI-BIO CORPORATION, a business Agri-venture of Santos Land.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTSEducation & Knowledge:Bachelor's Degree in Finance or AccountancyPreferably a CPA.Experience:At least five years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.Occupied senior manager position of no less than 3 years;Experience in strategic planning and execution.Experience in AGRICULTURAL AND BIOLOGICAL BUSINESS ASSETSKnowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.Knowledge of national and local financial regulations.Experience in an auditing firm is an advantage.Experience in SAP is an advantage.Competencies:Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.Attention to details.Advanced skills in MS Excel
