Training and Implementations Specialists

Work with clients to setup up and customize software, and conduct training sessions as neededIdentify key areas of improvements within a business/organization and create business solutions for data modelling related queriesMaintain documentations for client concerns and asksCommunicate with senior staff members in organizations to scope business needs

Must be willing to be trained on application support and servicesCandidates must have training background/experienceStrong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service consultingTechnical aptitude and curiosity for problem-solvingExperience in systems such as Excel, Google Sheets, MS Access, Software as a Service (SaaS) systems, etc an advantageDemonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic and high growth technology environmentGood communication skills (written, verbal, and good presentation skills)Amenable to working nightshift
