Reservation Officer

JOB SUMMARY

Proactively monitor the performance of the Reservation and documentation Associate Ensure process compliance and adherence to set guidelines and required Operational Level Agreement. Provide the most current information and process guidelines to Reservation Associate that will help improve assistance given to buyers.Handle all escalated cases to ensure swift resolution before escalation to the documentation Supervisor.Track any Operational Level Agreement hits and develops action plans to resolve and avoid delays of tasks.Monitor sending of End of Day status report and updating of Application for Reservation &b Counselling Account MonitoringUpdate Team Lead’s Master File and timely send weekly and monthly reports to documentation Supervisor.Initiate weekly meetings and act as Officer in Charge (OIC) and take over the operations if the documentation Supervisor is not available.Provide feedback to documentation Supervisor regarding the performance of Reservation Associate during the appraisal period for final assessment. Take over the preparation and monitoring of legal documents in case the documentation Associate is absent or on leave.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any related courseWith at least three (3) year of working experience in real estate/property development industryExcellent communication skills Highly organized and able to multitasksProficient in the use of MS Office applicationsWilling to start as soon as possible
