Sales Network Officer / Broker Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

Achieve the prescribed sales targets Recruit Brokers/Broker network and search for new Brokers for recruitment Schedule regular meetings with Brokers Pre-qualify Broker listings for recruitment Prepare and collate the Broker Accreditation formsBuilds strong relationships with the Brokers  Assist in the presentation and closing of sales if requiredAccept, review and validate reservation documents for booking of sales if requiredScan and email reservation to documentation department for approval if requiredForward hard copies of the reservation documents to the documentation department if requiredAssess Broker's performance quarterly based on the productions against the agreed targetMeet with Brokers to strategize and plan activities to achieve sales targets Assist Brokers in client trippings, site orientation, showroom walkthrough, and online project discussion if requiredRegularly interacts with Brokers by attending sales events, open houses, Product Knowledge Seminars, and Broker activities to open up potential opportunities for sales

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any related courseWith at least four (4) year of working experience in real estate/property development industryExcellent communication skills Highly organized and able to multitasksProficient in the use of MS Office applicationsWilling to start as soon as possible
