职位描述
Review Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection plan and specifications as may be required.Measure plan and prepare bill quantities for mechanical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection system.evaluate contractor’s proposal for all PMI’s, change order and other construction related claims.Conduct site visit and reconciliation of evaluated proposal if necessary.Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison.Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids.Reading mechanical, plumbing and fire protection plans and checking of design related queries for the completion of cost estimates.Coordination with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skills: Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation.Full-Time position(s) available.公司介绍
