Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.With extensive experience in Property/Real Estate Management or equivalent.Skilled in leading a team and can render proper decisions and judgment.With excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.

Responsible for the effective and efficient implementation of automated & integrated resorts property management system / operational procedures across all of the managed residential properties and start up projects.
