QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least the Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Civil EngineeringPreferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Quantity Surveying/Cost ManagementCan work under pressure and with deadlinesInnovative and has initiativeGood communication skillsMust be willing to work in the head office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Estimate architectural and structural works of a projectGenerate project budget from the estimated quantitiesCost evaluation and monitoringPermits requirement monitoring and collationClosing of contracts, work orders, and purchase orders
