Associate Property Manager

Job Description

DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. (DPMC), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for an Associate Property Manager. The successful candidate will be hired directly by DPMC.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree related to Property Development/Real Estate Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical), Finance, or Business ManagementAdept in different facets of Property Management such as financials, facilities, and community administrationWith excellent customer service, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skillsCandidate must have technical knowledge/background in Property ManagementAt least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager specializing in Property/ Real Estate or equivalentWilling to be assigned in Parañaque City, Las Piñas City, Quezon City

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the entire property from its financials, technical maintenance, upkeep and housekeeping, security, legal compliances, community development, and overall administrationEstablish and implement collection strategies to ensure that the property has sufficient funds for its daily operations, upkeep, and project enhancementEnsure that the property is well-kept including its overall structure, facilities, equipment, and common areas by enforcing strict housekeeping and maintenance practicesEnsure that the property is safe from hazards and dangers and is secured at all timesEstablish a healthy community relationship through enforcement of community development programs such as the creation of community development council and community eventsAchieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that property management services are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality
