HR Specialist (HR Reports and Analytics)

DMCI Homes and its subsidiaries is looking for an HR Specialist! The successful candidate will be hired directly by DMCI Homes or its subsidiaries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collate, interpret, analyze, and reports management data to support decisions on day-to-day operationsFacilitate the performance appraisal of all employees for probationary and annual performance evaluationResearch and coordinate with training providers for the training needs of all employeesParticipate in the facilitation of company events and other employee engagement functionsIn charge of all HR admin works including 201 filing, HRIS encoding, ID preparations, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any four-year courseMust have at least one year work experience in human resources - with generalist HR workMust be familiar with MS Offices especially MS ExcelMust be diligent, keen to details, and quick to comprehend instructionsKnowledgeable and has experience with data analyticsKnowledgeable about creating reports and presentations
