YOUR ROLEProvide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNowDevelop the technical solution, implement, and perform integration tests, where requiredUnderstand the need to standardize the process and incorporate such requirements into the designUnderstand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for project success and continuous system improvementYOUR SKILLSGraduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related coursesWith a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Development; Preferably with experience in handling ServiceNow SAM Pro (for Software Asset Management), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), or IT Service Management applicationsMust have excellent command of spoken and written EnglishOrganized and analytical, adept at working in a team environmentAble to implement on-time and to handle multiple priorities in an agile environment
