Experience in creation and art direction of CGI, VFX, interactive 3D and immersive (AR/VR) experiences across a range of deliverablesStrong conceptual abilities, remarkable art direction skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscapePolished client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client challengeStay current on trends, culture, and events, bring inspiring external insight into the work and have a natural curiosity for data, Web 3.0 and metaverse experiencesExcited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced agency culture, with the flexibility to change gears for different clientsTalent to inspire clients and team members with great visual designAbility to lead by example and mentor the team in their developmentDesire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team of creatives and technologists to create stunning visual experiences in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline5 to 7 years project experience in motion graphics, video CGI / VFX, interactive 3D and immersive (AR/VR) experiences across a range of deliverablesSolid presentation and articulation skills and comfortable with being client-facingStrong typography & color skillsGood understanding of visual design languages for different channels like, social, web, print and Web 3.0 stacks & metaverseKnowledge of Adobe CC, Cinema4D, Affect Effects and any other 3D softwares is a plus
