Proposal Writers/Coordinators

Performs the role of a Proposal Writer and is responsible for completing Request for Proposals, RFIs and Due Diligence documents.Ensures high quality output at all times and provides real-time assistance to clientsHandle multiple requests/documents simultaneously; Ensure on time delivery of all documents.Build relationships across the region to understand client’s needs through continuous interaction with the Sales team and Subject Matter Experts.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Effective Business Writing SkillsExperience in handling a Financial account is an advantage.Communication: Should possess strong communication skills; Should be fluent in English and be capable of writing business collaterals; Has good comprehension of written English LanguageTechnical skills: Proficient in MS OfficeProject management: Effectively plan and manage RFPs within tight time frames; work with many Subject matter experts simultaneously to gather necessary information for the responses.Multi-tasking, highly result oriented with attention to detail and should meet deadlines.Flexible Schedule. As the nature of RFP is deadline driven, the candidate must be willing to do extended hours of work.BPO background with exposure on proposal writing/editing is an advantage.Open to working on night shift.Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Cybergate 3, Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong.
