职位描述

Perform Issue Fixes using Knowledgebase, Request Tickets Management - Provisioning of basic tasks Basic Application Support using Known Issues. Be Responsible for BAU Housekeeping / PM / GZA - Execution and Co-ordination activities, Execute and Co-ordinate for Projects Maintain

Description of Responsibility

Troubleshooting - Desktop, Voice, Server (first level) issuesDesktop, Laptop, Voice services provisioningNetwork - End user connectivity provisioningOn ground support for peer tier teams during GZA and breakfix

Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in troubleshooting issues related to Desktop Management. Good in using IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow, AD, SEPM, WSUS, Backup Exec, DLO, etc)

Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts

Work Sep-up: On-site; Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong City

Qualifications:

Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalentWith above average oral and written communication skills Team playerHighly analytical and strong stress toleranceMust be willing to work on night shift, rotating schedules, weekends, and holidays
