Qualifications

At least 3 years of work experience as an all-around Multimedia Artist in a creative team of an agency, or client-side, who is now looking into leading your own creative teamSkilled in multimedia, from static, to GIFs, to animation, including photography, shooting live videos, and editing videos/photosProven experience in building campaigns from scratch, from briefing, to brainstorming conceptualization, to production, and to post-production, working closely with brand managers and other stakeholdersExperience making materials across different marketing channels from social media, to website landing pages, to EDMs, to print, to offline.Experience working with other creatives, production team, including content writers, editors, and brand managersPrior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction and art directionExperience handling consumer goods, such as personal care or beauty products, is a plusCustomer-centric and highly empatheticA high sense of accountability and initiativeOutgoing and can work well with other peopleHungry for learning

You can expect to be accountable for the following:

Building the design book and guidelines for Zenutrients and CurlsLeading a pool of Creatives with 3-4 membersSetting up, and abiding by the proper creative process, from briefing to conceptualization, all the way to production, ensuring deadlines are metGuiding the team in terms of art direction, ensuring all output are in line with the brandIn charge of the team’s project allocationWork with stakeholders to gain buy-in and commitment

Work setup and expectations

Remote work with occasional meet-up during meetings/brainstorming/planningFlexi-time. Output-based but expected to attend all required meetings (within 9-6pm)Punctuality with deadlines, projects, and meetingsStart date: Sept 2022Fully funded additional trainings, seminars, and coursesWilling to work in Sucat, Paranaque from time to time
