Responsible in recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files, and other employees’ information.Ensures correct and on time submission of Timekeeping File of both Organic and Agency Employees.Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems.Responsible in daily monitoring of attendance of Territory.Perform other tasks that may be assigned by HQ HR and TSM from time to time
