职位描述
The Workplace Counsellor ensure first line counselling services to Conectys staff, offering integrative coping solutions with challenges potentially negatively impacting them in relation with their work context and challenges.
Qualifications:
Good to excellent spoken and written English skillsLicense as an RPM is an advantage but not a mustMust be a graduate of BA in Psychology/Sociology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field (Pedagogy or trainer certification are an asset)Has a concrete plan for any programs that would improve the mental health of the employees.Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducts Connect sessions that provide a sounding board for employees to safely talk about issues troubling them in correlation with their professional life and assisting them with life coaching solutions in order to better cope with their work-impacting challenges.Serves as a gate keeper and distribution point for access to specialized Occupational Health & Safety services, be their Conectys contracted vendors or independent supporting services providers.Facilitates support group activities and other wellbeing activities.Supports implementation of organizational change at individual, groups and teams level.公司介绍
