Accountant | with Quickbooks Experience | Baguio

We are excited to make you part of our global team! Job Duties:❏ Responsible for the daily and monthly reconciliation of 10-15 clients; each client has their own business account in QuickBooks❏ Review daily transactions for each client (payments, deposits and transfers across all bank accounts)❏ Categorize each transaction appropriately and send questions/concerns via Google Chat to Relationship Managers to forward to clients❏ Export daily transactions from Jackrabbit or different payment platform softwares into QuickBooks❏ Report financial activities for each client’s main operating account registry and Profit & Loss statements daily❏ Monthly reconciliation for 10-15 clients; collect and review monthly financial statements and reconcile all accounts in coordination with Relationship Managers❏ Work closely on a daily basis with Relationship Managers, who are located in the Chicago office❏ Work closely on a daily basis with fellow bookkeepers in the Philippines office to ensure continuity and efficiency of work required❏ Connect via Google Meet at least once a week with Relationship Managers and fellow Philippines team members to discuss client accounts and ensure all communication is aligned across the entire Onnyt-Dance team❏ When onboarding new clients, responsible for reconciling all QuickBooks accounts to date, reviewing the chart of accounts and Balance Sheet, and reporting any questions/concerns to Relationship Managers Required Skills and Qualifications:❏ Mid shift work schedule: 3:00 PM - 12:00 MN Manila Time❏ Minimum 4 years business accounting/bookkeeping experience❏ Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks Online❏ Ability to work on multiple projects at once❏ Excellent educational credentials with a focus on accounting/bookkeeping❏ Detail-oriented and can work independently❏ Excellent English-language communication skills❏ CPA is a plus but not required❏ Comfortable keeping an open dialogue with the entire team and relaying any questions/concerns about client accounts to Relationship Managers GENUINE CAREER OPPORTUNITY WITH AMAZING ENEFITS AWAITS!Full system training, as well as ongoing support will be providedAbove Average compensation package5-day work weekHybrid: onsite 2x a weekPrime location in Baguio and access to top-of-the-line facilities and technologiesHMO coverage including 1 dependent or Mutual Fund Benefit upon regularization20 Leave credits per year consumed at your discretionExposure to world-class, high-level management from foreign direct superiorsEmployee engagement activities
