about the Role:
CRM---Train the company on CRM usage; troubleshoot any known issues with the vendor and keep our backlog of projects up to dateExperience in Total Expert preferred or experience in similar CRM tools requiredServe as the product specialist for all system questions and troubleshooting for Total ExpertManage and create customizable auto-campaigns for both company wide and individual marketing campaignsWork with the marketing team one on one through email, phone calls, and virtual meetingsDigital Support----Update and manage email signatures by request; data management on digital applications; CMS and digital platform support as neededReceive and complete tasks from tickets/marketing requests; other duties as assigned by the Web and Digital Products TeamQualifications:
