The role will be responsible for executing CRM and automation campaigns, managing database and delivering regular marketing reports.Build and maintain CRM campaignsLead marketing automation and integration programsPlan and execute email campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal performance and achieve campaign goalOverall recordkeeping and maintenance of databaseDeliver regular marketing reports and provide actionable data-driven insightsRequirements:At least 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM administration, preferably in ZohoExperience in CRM campaigns and integrationExperience in creating/preparing reportsAbility to pay attention to details, prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple activitiesCapacity to work independently and be pro-active to produce resultsDemonstrated success in providing excellent customer serviceTemp WFH
