Operations Supervisor (Shopee)

Job Responsibilities:

Support the development and presentation of internal and external reporting (for example: Monthly Management Reports (MMRs), quarterly InternalEnsure project issues and risks are logged, monitored, reported on, managed and mitigated; escalate risks and issues to corporate/project leadership, as requiredParticipate in the development and maintenance of project work plansPrepare and maintain project specific components of the project operations manualOverseeing daily operations (Lazada/Shopee), Parcel monitoringIdentifying and addressing problems and opportunitiesManaging the budgeting, planning, reporting, and auditingDeveloping operational policies and procedure

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in any courseAt least 3-5 years of experience in supervisoryWith Logistics/Express industry background preferredExcellent communicator and effective leader who can supervise multiple programs and team members.Solid account management and customer service experienceExperience in Project Management, People Management, Key AccountFamiliarity with budgeting and reportingProficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot)Excellent English communication & presentationOutstanding organizational abilitiesStrategic & Logical thinkingAmenable to work in Robinson Cyber Sigma, Lawton Ave. McKinley West, Taguig CityMonday to Saturday work schedule
