MIS Officer - Consumer Banking Group

Job SummaryThe position is primarily responsible in handling Card Sales Productivity Report and SFU's Dashboard & SLA, distribution of cases per team. ResponsibilitiesRelease Dashboard on a monthly basis. This includes Cancellation Rate, Top Concerns (Request, Inquiry and Complaint), etc. Release of Data dump Reports (New Cases/Calls, Appended to Open, One day before/beyond TAT, templates for endorsements) daily.Uses correct data to assist in establishing and evaluating individual team performance..Periodically assess reports and recommend changes/improvements for the benefit of SFU officers and Card Sales.  Ensure that all card systems are installed properly and access to these systems are working properly; report/liaise directly with concerned units any irregularity to avoid service interruption.QualificationsBachelor's Degree holderAt least 3 years of MIS related work experience, preferably in a credit company or banking institution. MS Excel Proficiency, Knowledge of VA SAS is a plusWilling to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas
