Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Business Studies, Engineering or equivalent.At least 3 years work experience specializing in busines and project development & management, financial analysis, documentation control, inventory management and monitoringPreferably with background in property development and real estate industryKnowledgeable in SAP systemProficient in MS Office and Google applicationsAbove average communication, coordination, problem-solving and decision-making skillsA teamplayer, adaptable, flexible, a fast learner and can work well under pressure
