Area Manager (For Business Operations: South Luzon)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide consultative communication and assistance to business partners in driving profit growth, network development, proper execution of marketing programs and conformance to store standards.Conducts Business review; Performs Sales, Profit, ROI and Product Mix analysis and recommendations. And Influences franchisee to act on the recommendations.Sets realistic and challenging targets that maximizes the sales potential of each store.Executes Nationwide Marketing Programs and recommends LSM efforts to Marketing and to the Franchisee.Visits an average of 6 stores a day; performs audit and monitor compliance to operational standards on people and identifies non–conformances to store standard.Conducts research to understands and profiles the local market customer (Usage, Attitudes, purchase behavior, needs products preferred and price levels)Display partnership with Franchisees and influenced disengaged franchisees.Serves as a focal point for all communications from corporate to business partners and vice versa.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of related work experience specializing in sales & marketing or business/franchise consulting in the Food Industry or in a Restaurant set up.Candidates must be knowledgeable in financial resource management, strategic and contingency planning, as well as portfolio management.Candidate must be highly analytical and must possess significant experience in conducting business review, planning, and development.Candidate must possess sound negotiation skills, complex problem solving skills, communication skills, as well as interpersonal & partner management skills.Preferably residing in the area of Upper Laguna (San Pedro down south) or town and city accessible to National highway going south areas
