SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or BusinessAt least 1 year of experience in a Manufacturing set-up, with industrial manufacturing processes or production planning processes (i.e., Inventory Management)Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Microsoft Excel, expertise in VBA macro is a plusBackground in ERP systems, Oracle is a plusStrong analytical, logical and numeracy skillsStrong Problem Identification and Solving SkillsKnowledge and Skills in Data Visualization (Power BI, DOMO)Good communication and interpersonal skills (able to directly interface with global stakeholders via telephone, video conference and e-mail correspondence)Work location: SM Cyberwest (across SM North Edsa)Work setup: hybrid (2x/week onsite)Work schedule: Night shift

JOB SUMMARY: This role is key in providing analytical and data support to stakeholders and top management in weekly and monthly planning processes specific for HVACR Americas, Motors division. You will also have opportunity to collaborate with the team in streamlining existing processes and identify areas for operational improvements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your focus will be generating reports, analyzing data from the OracleYour analytical and quantitative skills will be used to understand forecast, raw material purchases, customer orders and recommend improvements to Planning and Supply Chain processes.You are also required to maintain databases, prepare reports, track product flow, and develop solutions to Supply Chain problems and inefficiencies.Work on updating and streamlining processes to efficiently utilize current tools and resources while ensuring complianceIn this opportunity you will have a chance to work with a team of mostly Engineers, leverage your analytical skills and expertise, share advance planning methods and modern Supply Chain strategies to champion the HVACR Americas business.Contribute to team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectivesPerform any other duties as deemed appropriate by line and department manager
