Sales Support Team Leader

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing on time and accurate administrative support in documentation, monitoring, coordination and facilitation of various sales and customer related requirements in the quest for achievement of business targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Interact between various departments, Account Handlers and the current/future client to provide the service most suitable to the client's needs, cost and time restraintsProvide administrative support and are involved in both the pre-sale and post-sale processAssist Sales teams to be more effective; they help departments implement and execute key business strategiesHandling a high volume of customer inquiries while providing a high quality of service to each callerSales Support teams create and maintain customer records, updating details when contacts change or when customers request quotations or place ordersResponsible for on time and accurate submission of Sales Reports

Job Specification:

Graduate of any 4-year Business CourseMinimum of 1 to 2 years work experience in Sales or MarketingAbility to work across functions and in a matrix organization across cultural environmentAbility to solve complex analytical challenges, independently analyze and make recommendations based on analysisStrong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to respond to any enquiries via telephone or computerComputer literacy is a vital asset
