Accounting Staff - Accounts Payable

1. Invoice Processing

Review and analyze sales orders vs deliveries vs liquidation/ pull-outsPrint Invoices and TransmittalsEnsure delivery of billed invoices to customersPrepares revenue adjustments for approval as deemed necessaryAttend to billing disputes and resolution

2. Reporting and Monitoring

Create weekly reports for pending unbilled deliveries/ liquidation / pull-outsMonitor report on document transmittals

3. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalentPreferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Accounts PayableGood Written and Oral CommunicationCan work independently with minimal supervisionAttention to detailsBasic Knowledge in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
