Regional Sales Manager - Visayas (Cebu based)

Job Summary:Responsible for the achievement of his/her Region’s Key Result Areas. The RSM is in charge of the development of the Materials Advisor under his supervision. Expected to forge and deepen relationships with key personalities in the Dioceses, Congregations and Associations within his region.Duties and Responsibilities:The RSM is responsible for delivering the following Key Result Areas:Sales – CopiesDistribution (width;depth)Program Management (Quarterly Initiatives and Business Plan Execution)Selling Expense ManagementSales Forecast AccuracyReturns ManagementField CoachingMonthly Regional MeetingsTrainingQualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.With at least 5 years sales managerial experience in FMCG or Pharma.Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.Highly personable; Creative and critical thinker.Excellent communication skills (English, Filipino and Bisaya)Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.Full-Time position(s) available.
